Blaine Ski Bus for Middle School Students Returns in 2026 for the 2027 season
The Blaine Middle School Ski Bus is open registration! For those that are new to the parent-led program, it traditionally runs for five Friday evenings in Jan/Feb going to Snoqualmie Pass - Summit West. It’s a ton of fun for interested skiers/snowboarders grades 6-8. Many students at all ability levels take lessons, but we don’t require them unless they have skied less than 10 times. We have confirmed 2 buses this year to shuttle the kids and the parent volunteer chaperones to the mountain!
When
● Five (5) consecutive Fridays: Jan 8, 15, 22, 29 and Feb 5
● 3:30-3:45pm: Kids change, grab gear and head to bus
● 4pm: Bus departs Blaine
● 10:30-10:45pm: Bus arrives back at Blaine

While not a PTA or district sponsored program, The Ski Bus Program has been a Blaine tradition for years.
It is an independent, parent volunteer-led Middle School program offering for grades 6-8. It’s an great opportunity to learn new ski or snowboarding skills, enjoy the outdoors, build our community, practice independence and have some winter fun!
