Family Fitness and Literacy Night Thursday, March 9th @ 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm

A FREE family night full of heart healthy fun and literacy activities!
Wander through our “campground” while snacking on a s’more, listen to books by the campfire from your favorite teachers/staff, make a bookmark, get your very own Seattle Public Library card, and bring a book from home for the book exchange and/or school supplies for the Sister Schools program (details on acceptable school supplies for Sister Schools here)!

Scholastic Book Fair will be OPEN as well if you’d like to make a purchase.

Hike down to the gym for activities for the whole family! Come dressed to MOVE and pack a water bottle!
  • Ropeworks – demos and leading jump rope activities
  • Magnolia Karate Academy – leading activities
  • American Dance Institute – Hip Hop dance instruction (6-7 pm)
  • Ian Fitness Magnolia – boot camp workouts
  • George Pocock Erg Ed – try our rowing on one of 15+ ergometers
  • Tiger Trail Club – learn how to get involved with Blaine’s run club
  • American Heart Association – “hands only” CPR/Jump Rope for Heart campaign kickoff
  • Taryn Perry – Fitness, nutrition and motherhood/ Beachbody Coach
  • Magnolia Physical Therapy – Dave Self

Other activities include checking out a pedometer, climbing the rock wall, speed stacking station, jump rope, double dutch and hula hoop!
